Exfoliate with a hand held exfoliater with special cream which is specially designed to reduce pores and get rid of spots, it's a great invention and you use it twice weekly, Roc does a good one and you can get it from Superdrugs or Boots

you cant get rid of pores. just get a special face mask to minimize them.
