Large pores?

can anything be done to reduce large pores on my chin?can they be smoothed or eliminated entirely? thanksLarge pores?

i have the same problem so i can't really help but i know how you feel.
i use bio pore perfect, it works great

Take a pan and boil water in it and take a towel and put your head over it and put your towel over your head and stay like that for 15 minutes or take a hot wash clothe and leave it on your face for 5 mins
