Whats the best remedy for a clear, blemish free, pore minimizing face?

I have tried hundreds of products to clear my face but nothing seems to do the trick. I exfoliate regularly, use pore minimizing creams, mositurizers...everything. I need something that really works. Any advice or suggestions??!!!Whats the best remedy for a clear, blemish free, pore minimizing face?
i have an odd method.. but it works..

i scrub my face with an electric toothbrush about three times a week.. it really cleans out your pores and removes oil and dead skin.. i like to use st. ives scrub.. but you can use any scrub ya have..

also.. take about four aspirin and dissolve them in a few drops of water.. add a squirt of honey and make it into a paste.. this can be used as a scrub, a mask if left on for ten minutes or a spot treatment left on over night.. aspirin has the same active ingredient as pro active..

hot water opens pores.. cold closes them.. so wash with hot/warm and rinse with cold..

get a good toner and moisturizer too..

and don't over wash your face.. this makes your face produce extra oil.. just each morning and each night before bed..

and watch the make up you use.. a mineral make up is much better for your skin.. it doesn't clog your pores like other make ups..

i hope this helps..Whats the best remedy for a clear, blemish free, pore minimizing face?
The Biore line has really impressed me, especially the triple action astringent and pore minimizing foaming cleanser.
A lot of skin conditions come through hereditary factors and hormonal changes.

Don't over exfoliate, 2-3 times gently a week should be enough, less if you have dry skin.

Mario Badescu products have worked well although a bit expensive. You can go to the website and do a short quiz and then can recommend products for you.

I personally like to rotate products for ';different times of the month';, a week before my ';monthly'; I am a bit more oily and prone to breakouts. A good glycolic foaming cleansers keeps them at bay.

Never, ever forget to clean the makeup off your face no matter how tired you are. That will lay on your face and clog your pores creating the big pore look and leaving plugs of gunk in your skin
try the noxema anti acne line of products...i use the bar soap and moisturizer but ive heard good things about the other products too.
Keep in mind that no product will give you immediate results in minimizing pores. If you've tried more than 3-4 different products and used them faithfully for a few weeks at a time without the desired results, you really should get some advice from a dermatologist.

P.S. Don't use an electric toothbrush on your face!!! That could cause permanent scarring! No thanks!
Well you seem like you do all that is required to take care of your skin... maybe you should go someone who specialize in facial products...
I have had the same problem for years. Nothing ever worked for me, not even the famous proactive. Try the bar soap Cuticura. Its amazing. Fancy creams and brand name products just don't work. If your not sure if you want to try Cuticura or other products, just go to the web site www.drugstore.com. Its a great site. In the site you can look up what people thought of certain products and how they rated them. Cuticura was rated really high for a face clearing product. That's why I ordered it and I love it. Check out the site and look up the ratings if you have any doubts.
