Minimize pores?

How can i minimize my pores? I scrub twice a week, cleanse, tone and mosturize twice a day and do weekly facials. But non of this seems to work. Plus i have blackheads on my nose! How do i get rid of them?

One really good natural home remedy for blackheads is using the membrane that can be peeled out of the inside of an egg shell. Carefully begin peeling from the cracked edge of the shell.
