i have huge pores...my question is this, is there any vegetables, fruits, i can eat for healthy skin?Question about pores?
YES!
Brightly colored fruits and veggies are full of antioxidants and make skin glow. Good choices are oranges, mangoes, berries (all kinds), beets, avocado, carrots, spinach, apples, apricots, nectarines, peppers (sweet bell)... Anything with a beautiful, natural color is usually great for your skin. Also, olives (and it's oil) as well as nuts and seeds are great too.
