its just because when hair grows it obviously has to grow through something so where your hair grows their are open pores and just like with your face when stuff gets in their and clogs it it causes ';acne'; it happens to some guys when they shave their pubes

Its probably ingrown hair. They sale skin stuff at wal mart by the razors and stuff like that that wash away dead skin that causes that to happen to your hair

It's happening to me... It's just ingrown hairs.. Completely normal
its normal, they are signs of new hair about to come out
they are pimples if you dont pop them your testicle will fall out
