I always hear about these creams that unblock pores and help with t-zones but I don't actually no what they're on about, where is the t-zone on my face? And the pores? And how are the pores blocked, how can I tell they are blocked?T-Zone and pores?
T-Zone = Forehead, Nose %26amp; Chin
Blackheads = blocked pores filled with dirt
To clear them away you have to cleanse, tone and moisturise every morning and night. Exfoliate no more than 2-3 times a week. I recommend Dermalogica for the products, bit pricey but worth it. Just go on their website and find your nearest dermatologist and your on your way =] xT-Zone and pores?
Mentally draw a horizontal line across your forehead and a vertical line from your forehead to your chin. That is the ';T'; zone. You will know your pores are blocked if you see tiny black dots, otherwise known as blackheads in these areas. Also, you may feel tiny white bumps known as whiteheads which will turn into blackheads. The best thing that I have found to get rid of blackheads is apple cider vinegar. Just rub some on with a cotton ball. It stinks, but the smell will go away in a minute or two.
The T-zone is the forehead, nose, and chin.. The three areas of your face that hold the most oil.
Your pores are tiny little (for lack of a better word) holes in the upper levels of your skin. When dirt and grime get inside one, they can become infected and form blackheads and whiteheads. The majority of people tend to get blackheads mostly in their t-zone on the chin or nose.
To prevent this, exfoliation is important. You need to wash your face, either with a creamy cleanser for dry skin or a gel cleanser for oily skin. Exfoliate one to four times a week. Get ahold of some good toner as well. It helps seal your pores and it restores the pH balance of your skin.
Joey New York has a product for unclogging pores and dissolving black heads that I know for a fact is extremely effective. It's called Pure Pores Gel Formula. You apply it to areas where your pores are clogged (you'll see tiny black or white spots when examining your skin closely in the mirror) and allow it to dry, then wipe it off. Follow that with a wash. Once you're on schedule with the washing, the blackheads and whiteheads will be at a minimum.
t-zone is your forehead, nose and chin. if pores blocked they will look black. well, mine do
Your t-zone is the line across your forehead and then down your nose therefore making a T shape
the t zone is your forehead and your nose. The pores are the tiny little holes (dimples) in your skin - you can see them mostly on your nose.
blocked pores come about when you don't clean your face properly but some people get them evern when they are really particular about keeping their skin clean - they get blocked with dirt, oil, make up etc. You can tell when they are blocked cos they get tiny little black heads - you often see these on your cheeks or on your chin. You are not suposed to squeeze them out but lots of people do - although you can get a spot in their place if you are not really clean when you do this.
Don't bother with creams to unblock these - just wash your face really well and do not use heavy moisturisers. You could use an exfoliating wash if you do get black heads or spots. They will not go straight away but will eventually go.
t zone is nose chin and forehead, if you get blackheads the pores are probably blocked.
the t-zone is all the way down ur face and across ur forehead.
